District Announcements
Sterling Ranch Metro District Nos. 4 & 5 will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 12th at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held via teleconference and members of the public are encouraged to attend. Click here for additional information.
District Nos. 1-5 are generally located between Vollmer Road on the west, Banning Lewis Parkway on the east and are bisected by Stapleton Road. The development is expected to contain approximately 1,444 acres of 1,119 residential acres, 56 commercial acres, and approximately 270 acres of open space/greenways, trails, community and neighborhood parks, and school sites.
The Service Plan's proposed ongoing services include: trail, park, and streetscape maintenance.
