District Announcements
Sterling Ranch Metro District Nos. 4 & 5 will hold occasional special meetings. These meetings will be held in person at 2138 Flying Horse Club Drive and via teleconference. Members of the public are highly encouraged to attend. Click here for meeting agendas as they are available.
District Nos. 1-5 are generally located between Vollmer Road on the west, Banning Lewis Parkway on the east and are bisected by Stapleton Road. The development is expected to contain approximately 1,444 acres of 1,119 residential acres, 56 commercial acres, and approximately 270 acres of open space/greenways, trails, community and neighborhood parks, and school sites.
The Service Plan's proposed ongoing services include: trail, park, and streetscape maintenance.
